Rates 2007-2008 Advertising Rates
Composition One camera-ready ad must be provided for each program your advertisement is to appear in. If advertising in more than 3 programs, you need not furnish more than 3 camera-ready copies of your ad. If submitting art on disc or via email, it must conform to our published guidelines (see mechanical specifications). The publisher will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the best possible reproduction of your digital file, however the publisher cannot be held responsible for any defects, errors or reproduction issues that are present in the original file. Ad production services are available from Sterling Digital Networks at a cost of $85 per hour. Any additional production, composition and/or duplication costs will be billed directly to the advertiser. The editor reserves the right to reject or modify (at the advertiser's cost) any advertisement not deemed to be compatible with the general tenor or quality of the publication.
Any and all advertisements or editorials that the Association deems as discriminatory or inconsistent with its principles shall be rejected.
Advertising space shall not be sold to: -financial institutions (exclusivity with premier corporate partner: banking, savings and loans, charge or debit card issuance, credit unions, mortgage, finance, leasing, casualty or life insurance, and investment or brokerage services) -companies that sell, produce, or distribute alcoholic beverages -tobacco companies -sellers or producers of drug paraphernalia -gambling organizations or establishments -sellers of products/services competitive to the Association and its corporate sponsors -companies that will use the name or logo of the NSAA with patent medicines, political parties/issues, religions/religious societies or groups -personal/memorial ads not produced or purchased as part of a national or regional advertising campaign sponsored by a recognized not-for-profit organization
Combination businesses, such as restaurants or hotels, which dispense alcoholic beverages in a capacity secondary to its primary purpose, may advertise with the NSAA; however, no part of the advertising message may refer to the sale of alcoholic beverages, or to a bar, cocktail lounge, or other facility dispensing alcoholic beverages.
