Files are accepted on disk, cd, zip or via email – (nsaa@SterlingDigital.tv) – (8 MB limit for emailed ads)

Sending electronically: Adobe acrobat (pdf) files or eps files are preferred.

PDF:
PDF files can be created from Quark, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

PDF files created from word processing applications or spreadsheet applications are not accepted.

Be sure the pdf is high resolution.

Be sure to check the 'embed all fonts' option when preparing pdf files.

Convert all graphics and text to grayscale before placement in the ad layout.

Color artwork WILL NOT be accepted for black/white production.

If your pdf ad contains halftones, set your pdf writing utility to ensure that they are compressed no smaller than 200 dpi with high or medium-high jpg encoding.

EPS:
If submitting eps files, convert all fonts to outlines and embed all halftones (no linked images are allowed).

(JPG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PSD and AI files are accepted, but not preferred)

SPOT COLOR ADS-EPS or Quark files with fonts are accepted.
