Cost Analysis of Proposal:
Cost of 5th and 6th Place medals. This would result in an additional 8 medals awarded per class. 16 total new medals.
Rationale for the proposed change:
If the elimination of district tennis in Class B occurs, this procedure better represents a team's talent level by including 5th and 6th place finishers in a team's total point standings.
