National Recognition

Phoenix (AZ) Xavier Prep's 34 state team championships is the national record.  Nebraska's Lincoln Southeast is tied for 12th with its 13 state titles.

            Twenty-one students across the country have won four consecutive individual state golf championships, including Lincoln Southeast's Angie Wilson (1985-88) and Doniphan-Trumbull’s Danielle Lemek (2008-2011).

            Thirty-five golfers are listed in the National Federation's High School Record Book as three-time champions, including Chadron's Susan Roll (1982-84) and Lincoln Pius X’s Nicole Kolbas.
