Baxter Arena will host the UNO Commencement Ceremonies and Maverick Park will host the NSAA State Baseball Championships for Class A, Class B and Class C. With these events scheduled to coincide on Friday at two venues that share some parking lots, parking availability will be at a premium. Guests are encouraged to carpool and arrive early to allow additional time for traffic and parking.
Parking is free and spaces are first come, first served at Baxter Arena and Maverick Park. Additional parking is located in the Aksarben Village parking garages north of Center Street.
Additionally, a shuttle service will be available for baseball fans, leaving from UNO’s Scott Campus parking lot 5 located at 67th and Pine by Mammel Hall to Maverick Park. The shuttle service will operate from Noon to 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Those attending the Class A game, should not take the shuttle as return service will end at 7:00 p.m.

- Doors at 3:00 p.m., game at 4:00 p.m. | Tal Anderson Field

- Doors at 6:00 p.m., game at 7:00 p.m. | Tal Anderson Field
Guests coming to Maverick Park, should enter from the south along 67th street to avoid congestion from UNO Commencement ceremonies.
Guests are encouraged to carpool and arrive early to allow additional time for traffic and parking.
UNO Police will be directing guests to park in lots, as well as grass berm areas around Maverick Park.
